Sorbetto Al Limone

 
 
Delicious, simple and cool...

Ingredients:

300 gr icing sugar
Finely grated rind and juice of 6 lemons
6 same size lemons
Finely grated rind and juice of an orange
icemachine

Preparation:

- Put 6 lt water in to a pan, then add sugar and orange rind.
- Heat slowly about 3-4 minutes.
- Turn out and let it cool down completely.
- Sift juices in to a bowl.

- Sift the syrup into the same bowl.

- Let it cool down in the fridge.

- Put the mixture into the icemachine until ice according to the manual of the machine.
- Cut the caps of the rest 6 lemons and plane the bottoms until they stand upright (straight).
- Empty the lemons using a spoon.

- Squeeze the inside and keep the juice voor another time.

- Put the skins into the deepfreeze.
- Fill them with the sorbet (ice) and put the caps back onto them.
- Put them into the deepfreeze.
- Let them stay in the fridge about 10-15 minutes before serving.
