Mexican Coffee

Aztec Indians were the 1st knowns chocolate eaters, Chocolate is used in many Mexican Recipes. Chocolate combined with coffee makes a smooth drink.

Ingredients:
30 ml chocolate syrup 120 ml whipping cream 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons of brown sugar a pinch of grated nutmeg 2 cups stong black coffee and whipped cream and cinnamon shavings to decorate the top.
| Preparation: Whip the chocolate syrup, cream, cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg together. Pour the hot coffee into the mixture and stir well. TOp with whipped cream and decorate it with a few shaving of cinnamon
