White Chocolate Mocha
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons white chocolate flavored syrup 1 jigger brewed espresso 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon sweetened whipped cream
| Preparation: Measure the white chocolate syrup into a large coffee mug and add the espresso. Pour milk into a steaming pitcher and heat to 65 to 70 degrees C using the steaming wand. Pour into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Top with whipped cream and serve.
